Tallulah Le Merle is an investor, advisor, author and speaker shaping a more human future in the age of AI. She combines expertise of technology with a deep understanding of humanity - our psychology, patterns, and behavior.
Tallulah is currently a Partner at Fifth Era, an investment manager focusing on innovative & exponential technology with over 80 unicorns in their portfolio. She leads their AI strategy, backing visionary funds and founders.
Earlier in her career, Tallulah spent over a decade as an advisor & consultant helping businesses navigate technological change. For the majority of that time she worked with FTSE 100 corporates on their digital and data transformation - leading multi-million dollar, transnational programs for the likes of Johnson & Johnson, Mars, HSBC, Infineum and others. She helped shape enterprise AI strategy back when it was still young and experimental - mostly machine learning & big data analytics. From there, she moved into the heart of the AI ecosystem to work with fast-growing scale ups, often taking fractional executive/COO roles. Her special focus was on the intersection of AI and humanity: including ethical/responsible AI, responsible AI, governance, security, safety, and emotional use cases of AI.

She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Oxford, and further education from MIT Sloan.
